By downloading or using Salah Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Salah Tracker is a mobile application that provides prayer-time calculation, prayer tracking, Qibla direction, supplications, and reminder notifications. An optional account enables cloud backup and sync.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the app-store terms that apply to your download (Apple App Store or Google Play).
3. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to breach security, reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Religious accuracy disclaimer
Prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated algorithmically from your location and your chosen calculation method and may vary from local conventions. The App is a convenience aid and is not a substitute for local religious authority. Always verify with your local masjid where certainty is required.
6. Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. Core features are designed to work offline; the optional sync service may be unavailable from time to time.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salah Tracker and its provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
10. Governing terms
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
